PRODUCTION NOTES:
This would be a page where clients register and then log in to their account
With this, they could:

• maintain their profile with phone numbers, address, email address (helpful to UBSE)
• upload files
• view documents uploaded by UBSE for THEM (we’d have to figure out an efficient way for UBSE to do this)

The actual member site might be a separate mini-site (e.g., myaccount.ubse.com)
