David Reedy, P.E. has been actively employed in civil engineering and civil engineering related roles for the past 33 years since his graduation from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. In this capacity, he served as an expert representative in maters related to: grading, drainage, foundations, roads, railroads, heavy construction and earth moving projects (earthen dams, incised ponds and quarry type excavations), construction contract compliance, regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, TNRCC, RCT, EPA) and contract management.
